Bathroom Renovation Investment

Cosmetic updates, updating fixtures, including tub/shower replacement, no layout changes -
Standard Renovation: $20K – $40K
Full renovation with quality, mid-range finishes and some layout adjustments -
Custom Bathroom: $40K+
Larger spaces, custom features and showers, and higher-end finishes
Kitchen Renovation Investment

Functional upgrade with standard finishes, minimal layout changes -
