Question 1

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Accepted Answer

Most bathroom renovations take between 2 and 5 weeks, depending on the size of the project and the amount of plumbing, electrical, tile, and custom work involved. We'll provide a projected timeline before construction begins and keep you updated throughout the project.

Question 2

Can I use my bathroom during the renovation?

Accepted Answer

The bathroom being renovated will not be usable during construction. If it's your only bathroom, we'll discuss options and plan the project to minimize disruption as much as possible.

Question 3

Do you help with design and material selections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can help guide you through selecting tile, flooring, vanities, fixtures, lighting, paint colours, and other finishes that suit your style, budget, accessibility needs, and overall goals.

Question 4

Can I supply my own fixtures or materials?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many clients choose to supply certain finishes or products they've already selected. We'll discuss which items are best supplied by you and which are best sourced through us to help ensure product compatibility, quality, and warranty coverage.

Question 5

Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate all required trades as part of your renovation, helping ensure your project is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable building codes.

Question 6

Will I receive a detailed quote before work begins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide a detailed scope of work outlining exactly what is included in your renovation. Our goal is to ensure you have a clear understanding of the project, the process, and the investment before construction begins.
